Mastermind Groups

A Mastermind group is an immersive, workshop-like experience that sources key aspects of business in a group setting, based on the concept that 2+2=5. Mastermind groups combine the following exercises, advised by peers and colleagues:

• Brainstorming
• Education
• Extreme Accountability
• Support

Mastermind Groups require mutual commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.

Why join a Mastermind?

A Mastermind group is curated to include people and professionals with similar levels of experience, whose businesses are in relatively the same business stage. Because no two businesses are alike, this allows idea and experience sharing, but maintains a flow of diverse information.

The goal of a Mastermind is to help you and your fellow group members achieve success and fine tune business and personal skills. Group members act as unbiased catalysts for growth, sometimes taking on the roles of devil’s advocates or supportive colleagues. 

In joining a mastermind, you’ll not only have the opportunity to network with accomplished, driven individuals, but you’ll be in the company of great minds that will complement your own efforts and help you see challenges and opportunities from different perspectives. In forcing equal participation, the Mastermind will help you form your personal perspective.

How do I know if a Mastermind is for me?

Mastermind groups are not for everyone. They’re designed to push you outside your comfort zone, make you come to terms with your challenges and/or weaknesses (both personal and professional), assist you in setting goals to overcome said challenges and ultimately achieve and celebrate your successes.
